Rollout rows: harbor_rollouts
Trials lost to infrastructure are left out of pass@k; the agent’s own timeouts and context overruns count as unsolved. A
learnable task is one agents solve sometimes.
One run: harbor_runs, harbor_run_report
harbor_runs lists the repository’s runs, newest first; narrow by task and kind (eval, ci, validate). harbor_run_report lists one run’s records, trials and files; name a trial for its judged report. Read any file whole as a kennet:// resource, or pull the run with pull_run.
Trajectory review: review_run
A conduct run judges each trial as it finishes (analyze, on by default). review_run reviews a run, or one trial, again, with a judge you name:
trajectory_report.json beside its result.json; the run gets trajectory_analysis_summary.json. A report holds:
- A rubric: run success, reward integrity, reward hacking, harness communication, stuckness, recovery, tool use.
- Task flags, among them whether the instruction was sufficient and whether the agent failed on the real challenge.
- Whether the trial is eligible for post-training, and the blockers when it is not.
- Recommended fixes to the task.
get_report reads a report whole.
Got a trajectory from somewhere else? upload_trace, then review_session reviews it the same way; get_task follows it.
Adjudication
The review is a machine verdict. Where it is wrong, yours stands beside it.review/adjudications/, appended to review/timeline.json, and set as review/latest.json. It returns a suggestion_id. resolve_suggestion marks it accepted, rejected or open with a note; list_adjudications shows the history.
Then decide
saturated: too easy for that model. Harden it, or keep it for a stronger one.all_failand the reviews say the instruction was short of information: fix the instruction.- A reward-hacking verdict you confirm: fix the verifier, then run pre-run checks again.
