# Access

> How an organization gets access to a product.

Access is granted to organizations. A product's access is a set of scopes. Metaphi approves the scopes an organization asks for, and every member then holds them. Each product lists its scopes and what each reaches.

## Request access

Ask Metaphi at [metaphi.ai/support](https://metaphi.ai/support). Give your work address, your organization and the scopes you need. Until Metaphi decides, what your organization already holds stays as it is.

Once approved, sign in again so your client's token carries the new scopes. A key holds what it was made with; [make a new key](https://docs.metaphi.ai/account/keys.md) to reach a new scope.
